Will Fuentes

Chief Executive Officer / Founder

Will Fuentes founded Lemur Technologies, Inc in 2011. In his role as CEO, he is in charge of all aspects of vision, strategy and execution for Lemur IMS.

Will brings 7 years of field and corporate experience to Lemur. This experience has allowed him, and the Lemur team, to create software that is easy to implement and impactful to the bottom line.

After graduating from The George Washington University Law School in 2001 Will worked for two years in legal field before pursuing a career in retail management. Given a unique opportunity to work in a test store for a major big box retailer, Will was able to work with and learn from countless number of executives.

Under Will’s dynamic leadership his stores won numerous district, region, and company awards. Constantly innovating and creating new methods to maximize sales, Will was given the opportunity to work on multiple corporate teams. Creating new positions, reporting structures, and operational efficiencies, Will earned a reputation as an outside the box thinker for inside the box problems.

Cary Scott

Chief Operating Officer / Co-Founder

Cary Scott is a serial entrepreneur, professional graphic artist, web designer/developer, creative director, publicist, and social media consultant with over 16 years experience in the design and marketing fields. Currently, Cary is a principal at Shout Brigade, a Branding, Web Design, and Social Media Marketing firm in Washington DC; where he serves as both Creative Director and Internet Marketing Director.

As the Creative Director, he oversees the creative direction of websites, ads, and video productions. As the Internet Marketing Director he uses social media and both web and mobile technologies to build digital relationships for businesses, organizations, and individuals.

Cary is an expert in marketing and design, and is a much sought after presenter at Web Development and Social Media Marketing workshops and seminars. Prior to working at Shout Brigade, Cary was a freelance web design and internet marketing professional for over 10 years where he specialized in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design. Cary’s extensive knowledge of Web Design, User Experience Design, and User Interface Design Strategy will be used to ensure high quality usability of all Lemur Technologies’ software. His expertise in Internet and Social Media Marketing will be utilized to enhance digital communications, and build quality relationships with Lemur Technologies’ clients and end users.

H. Michael McGahey, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mike McGahey, a graduate of the College of William and Mary, has 20 years of public accounting experience as a partner with McGladrey & Pullen and Ernst & Young, specializing in working with entrepreneurs as an auditor and consultant. He assisted numerous companies in raising private capital and participated in several IPO’s. Since then he has worked as the senior financial manager for several IT companies and government contractors. Bigdough, one of the start-ups managed by Mike, experienced explosive growth and was twice named to the INC500 fastest growing companies list.

Mike has also been involved in several successful financings, purchases, and sales of other companies. Mike is well regarded in financial circles for his expertise and has served on the Board of the United Way and as President of the Virginia Information Systems Auditor Association. Mike brings practical financial expertise to Lemur, as well as experience with managing start-ups from inception to exit.

Evan Burfield

Advisor

Evan is Chairman and Founder of Synteractive. In his role as Chairman, he is responsible for all aspects of vision, strategy, and execution at Synteractive. He is also the Executive Chairman of Cloud Advantage, a Synteractive company.

Evan launched his dynamic, entrepreneurial career in 1996 by founding netDecide, the leading provider of enterprise wealth management solutions to top tier financial service firms such as Bank of America and Ernst & Young. Under his leadership, netDecide won numerous analyst recommendations and accolades, including the Investor’s Choice Award by the Financial Services Outlook Conference in 2001. The company was sold to Informa Investment Solutions in 2003, at which time it was profitable with over $11 million in annual revenue.

Evan holds a First Class degree in Joint Honors Philosophy, Politics and Economics from St. Catherine’s College at the University of Oxford. While at Oxford, he won the Webb Medley prize for most outstanding thesis for his work on the effects of organizational incentives on knowledge sharing. Selected as one of the Top 30 entrepreneurs under the age of 30, 35, and 40 by BisNow; the only 3 time selectee of that honor.
